Monochromatic look:
I
didn’t know what monochromatic meant. So I looked it up on Google and found
pictures of monochromatic looks on Google images, and it looked like it was a
whole-face-look, where there is 1 color as the theme. For example green: green
eyeshadow, green lips, brow colored with a greenish color etc. Sooo… This is
going to be a lot of fun!! :D I’m thinking of going green as well, turquoise
green or teal green. I think it’ll be turquoise!!
*Applying make up for an hour*
It's harder than you think... But I think I did a decent job on this one!!
For the look I used my e.l.f. Master Make Up Collection. I got it for free because I spent 30 British pounds (I think). I only use the eyeshadows. They are SUPER pigmented by very dusty, so if you don't tap off the excess, you'll without doubt get fall outs, and a lot of it.
I made a smokey eye in turquoise with a little yellow on the browbone. My lips are covered in the same turquoise eyeshadow as my eyelids are. My brows are filled with a darker blue, almost grey. My eyelashes are some very cheap ones, and they really suck, but they were the only ones I had :-( luckily my order from e.l.f. should soon be on its way with more false lashes for me!
I also contoured... With dark blue eyeshadow in the hollows of my cheeks. Also i put a little bright blue eyeshadow on my forehead, nose, chin and cheeks. It's not the best ever, but I've never ever done something like this before, so I'm very happy with how i turned out. This is the best picture I could take, but I'm okay with that!
I think I would name this look "Mermaid in cold weather".... Heheh
