Day thirty one

New Years Eve Look:

So today is the last day of the Christmas Challenge. I spend so long on doing my hair and make up, and then my camera acts all stupid and f*cks up the pictures. But I'm going to show you the ones any way!!

This is my eye! :D I wanted to use false lashes, but the glue totally messed up and I packed them away... Otherwise I would have set them on fire.
I used my MUA Undressed Palette, and I really really how it looks. It's not too settle, but neither too much. It took my 15 minutes just to do the eyeshadow. And then another ten minutes with eyeliner and working on my waterline. And then yet another 10 minutes dedicated to mascara application! I wanted it to be perfect for tonight. Not because I'm going any where, but I like to dress up for crazy party time when it's New Year.

I used several mascaras today... Can't even remember which ones, but I must admit that my lashes are long and full. So I'm very happy with that!!
Face! I re-did my face make up because I discovered a lot of glitter on my skin. And now there's less glitter. But still some, and I don't know where it's coming from?!
But! It looks nice and flawless. Took me a total of 35-45 minutes to do my face make up. Very careful the second time with not getting glitter on my face. I would say I kind of succeeded.

I also spend an hour curling my hair and letting the curls cool down before doing any thing else to them. They look so good today!
This is the best picture I could get of my outfit. I'm wearing a corset, a dark denim skirt, a bright blue denim-looking shirt and black tights. And A LOT of jewelry. I love wearing a lot of jewelry, I think it gives my look more personality! And it's studded leather bracelets and my lovely long pointless necklaces! I'm ready for the party now. Bring it on!

Hope you enjoyed my post ladies, and I hope my other posts in the challenge were to any use for you! I enjoyed it a lot, and it really helped me to get more in to blogging. And just because the challenge is over, doesn't mean I'm going to stop posting this often. I'll still be posting beauty posts regularly! Just because I like it! :-)

Happy New Year, take care ladies<3

Getting ready a day before

It New Years Eve tomorrow! I'm so excited! I'm going to party with my family and my friends! Mmmh<3

So this afternoon I've been getting ready. After my boyfriend headed home, I've scrubbed my face and enjoyed sitting with a face mask on. I want my skin to be baby smooth for tomorrow, as much as it can.

And I'm at the moment also letting a hair mask sink in to my hair.

First!

Face scrub, to get all the dirt and dead skin cells off my face. I use Neutrogena Visibly Clear Blackhead Eliminating Face Scrub. I like it a lot because you can feel how it gets rid off the blackheads already after first use. It has tiny micro beads in it, and even with the most gentle circular motions, you're ably to see results! And it's not crazily expensive.

Second!

I used my Clearasil Daily Clear Wash and Mask. I used it as the mask. I apply it to my skin after I used the scrub and tapped the most water off my face. Then I let it sit for 3-5 minutes. What it does is it gets rid of the last dirt and adds moisture and nutrition to the skin. Kind of heals it.
I wash it off with medium warm water.

Third!

I apply a good moisturizer to my face. I use my Garnier Ultra Lift Night cream. It's really moisturizing and I like the smell. And it works, which is what I hoped for. It's expensive unless it's on sale, so I expected it to work. It's not the best off all, but it has actually firmed my skin a bit and reduced some of the fine lines under my eyes.

Fourth!

I get my hair all wet and apple my L'Oréal Professionel Force Vector hair mask. I let it stay in for 10-15 minutes and then wash it out with a little amount of shampoo. It makes my hair SO soft. And then I add some moisturizing serum to my hair, when it's still a little wet. I allow my hair to air dry because I don't want to expose it to heat all the time, I allow it to recover after all these Christmas days, where I've been curling my hair like crazy.

Bonus:

I also apply my moisturizing serum before I curl my hair. I want to prevent the damage instead of curing it. And I use a moisturizing serum because exposing your hair to heat very often dries it out and makes it brittle and splits the ends. Or well, my hair does that. I can't say if your hair does :-)

Day thirty

Make Up Storage:

I was a bit excited about this one. Both because I don't have a GIGANTIC collection, but also because I've always wanted to semi brag about what I have. I love my little collection<3 so here's a tour!

This is my little sideboard where I keep all my make up and hair stuff. To the left is a little white basket with my false eyelashes and a hairband. The two books are holding a thinner book, so that I can have two levels of beauty stuff in one place! The stuff I use the most are on the top, and then the bottom is what I don't use as often.
Right next to it are three cans I've decorated.
After that comes small palettes, then all my jewelry in a big stack of different containers and in front of it is a little gold box with some stuff in.

This is my drawer, where most of my make up is! Bottom left pink room: skin products, such as powders, blushes, my bronzer and a white eyeshadow I use for highlighting.
Bottom box next to it: eyeliners and my brow pencil + a sharpener. I have more eyeliners at my mom's place, but I don't use them as often.
Bottom left blue room: lip products! Everything from lipliners, lipsticks and my lip glosses.
Bottom box next to it: I used to have my mascaras here, but they're some where else now (I'll get to it). Now there's a few sample mascaras and a little tin box for pills in there.

Close up of the things I use very often. My hair stuff are the things closest to the wall; Elnett Hair Spray, heat protector, curl-cream-stuff, hair serums and structure spray. In front of it are my cleansers, make up remover, different creams, kabuki brushes, my deodorant, and a little can which I've also decorated. In it I keep all my hairpins and hairbands, as well as my e.l.f. eyelid primer (that little bottle of liquid silicone really works!!).
Here are my decorated cans and my most used palettes!
The blue can contains some brushes I don't use very often, and then also my concealers, which I use every single day (on the days I wear make up).
The other two has my mascaras in them! The ones I use the most right now, are in the can in the front. (Lancôme, Max Factor, GOSH, Mirenessé)
My palettes are, from bottom to top: MUA Immaculate Palette, MUA Undressed Palette, Wet 'n Wild palette in Comfort Zone.
This is in the little cabinet next to my line of drawers. In there, on that shelf, are my all of my brushes and my empty make up bags for traveling and my e.l.f. master palette thing. And my hair brush and extra cotton pads.
This is the little golden box in front of my jewelry stack; make up remover pads, cotton pads I've taken out of the packaging and my primer from GOSH and my Max Factor Ageless Elixir 2in1.
Little white basket with false eyelashes. Some from Ardell, some from e.l.f., some from Depend. Behind it is the packaging for my Nilens Jord Powder Foundation, just I can remember the number and what it looks like.
And then also another hairband and a fake silver bracelet.

Day twenty nine

Brows:

Today it's going to be more make up related. I'm sorry for the poor posts the last couple of days, but I've just been so incredibly busy.

SO! My brows... I'll start out with their history:
I started plucking my eyebrows when I was 14. I was embarrassed over how big and weird looking they were. So I took my mom's poorly conditioned tweezer(it wasn't sharp at all..) and started to attack my eyebrows. Almost on a daily basis. And then I ended up with almost no brows at all. A very very thin line of hair above my eyes was all it was. And they were short as well...
But then I realized I had to let them grow out, if I wanted neatly shaped eyebrows with a beautiful arch. And that took me quite some time. But I succeeded. And now I'm still watching them grow out, so that they'll fit somewhat in to the picture below:

This is a picture of how to let your brows grow, so they'll have a beautiful shape, that fits every face- and eye shape.
I'm very close to it! My brows a lacking a little length in the inner corners, but not much!

Tools:

This is what I do my brows with. I've tried with matte brown eyeshadows, but they were all to red-ish. And that made me look ugly and weird. So I quickly stopped doing that and went back to my faithful brow pencil from Biocura. It's a brow pencil my dad once got me, don't know why though, maybe he tried to tell me something............
And I know many beauty gurus prefer to use a wax/powder brow kit, but I've had this pencil for 3 years now, and there's still a lot left in it. I've worked with it almost every single day and I know how to fill in my brows so that they're pretty! And the color fits me perfectly, which is another reason why I'll keep it.
And it also has a little comb-thingy on the end, which is very handy when I forget my brow comb.
Brows without having been filled in

Brows after having been filled in

My brows:

These are pictures of my brows before and after. I know I look like a chubby gold fish, but I only had my cellphone camera today.
You can clearly see how it changes my brows shape (to the better), when I fill them in. And you can also see, how the color of the pencil fits me well too.

Day twenty eight

Animal inspired:

NO I am NOT going to make a leopard eye, or a tiger or zebra or snake eye. I'm going to a Christmas party with my boyfriend to celebrate his grandfather. And I'm not going to show up with animal prints on my eyes. No way. And neither on my lips!
So I thought for a long time about this one. And I thought I'd be so boring to show you my bracelet in snake skin inspired design. It's from a Danish brand, Kranz & Ziegler. The bracelet is a part of a line called Story, and it's absolutely beautiful. There is a huge amount of different charms for the bracelet. My mom got me my bracelet for my birthday along with my first charm. It's the transparent bead. And the gold star she got me for Christmas this year. The star is asymmetrical and looks kind of rough. I love this, and I'm planning on collecting charms to make it look beautiful and full of memories.

When I first got it, I noticed the snake inspired look immediately and my first thought was "yuk!" because I normally hate anything snakeskin-looking... But then, after wearing it a lot, I started to like it. And now I love it<3 it's a very personal piece jewelry, because you can customize the design yourself. And I've gotten my charms from my mom, so I think of her every time I look at it, and it makes me happy.

Day twenty seven

Pop of color:

These are my picture for the Pop Of Color-day!
I'm in love with these brushes! They're so bright and colorful. And dirt easily shows on them, so I'll get them cleaned often as well, which isn't a bad thing!
They're so soft and dense... Made of synthetic hair, so cruelty free, which is very good too. And they're not crazily expensive either.
I got the brushes as a little kit in a travel sized bag. And that's also very very good, because normally I either travel with ALL my brushes or with what ever there would be room for in my little make up bag. Which is not many brushes. And this is perfect!
They're from M Cosmetics, and I don't know if they're available in other countries..

Meet Dot. She's happy to be mine now.
The bottle is so darn cute! Like a lady bug! And it's bright red and the  details are in gold. I absolutely adore this bottle. I'd by the perfume just to get the bottle.
But the perfume inside is too good to only want to buy the bottle. This is amazing. I'm in love.

I could have done a make up look with a colorful eye or a colored lip, but I didn't feel like it. I just want to wear settle make up in the Christmas days. But for new years eve I'm going to dress up and look like a living disco ball!

Wednesday, December 26, 2012

Day twenty six

Lashes:

I could talk about false lashes for this challenge, but I'd thought I'll show you how Lancôme's Hypnôse mascara looks like when it's applied to the lashes. I didn't expect much from it, but I was overwhelmed with what it did! I have long pretty separated lashes with a hint of volume! Beautiful mascara for every day use!

It was a bit tricky to get a good picture of my lashes. But this is what they look like with one coat of the mascara. I didn't want to apply another coat. I really really like it already! It looks more voluminous in real life. It's bad that I keep having bad excuses for my poor quality camera...
The picture is taken so you see my lashes from the root.
This picture is taken so you can see my lashes from a more normal view. I think they look absolutely amazing!

BUT as I was about to say: it looks great. It doesn't clump at all, and if it does, it's easy to separate the lashes again, because the wand has a great shape!
As you can see, it's a regular mascara wand, very old school. But the formula in the mascara is a perfect match with the wand.
It's not too wet, but wet enough to provide you with length and volume. But it's not as dry as for example my GOSH Show Me Volume mascara, which only adds volume to the lashes.
It's is, as said before, perfect for every day wear.
This is the tube. It has that curvy shape, very unique and recognizable The text is written with golden paint, it looks very expensive (and it is expensive as well..) and classy.

Despite it being very pricey, I'd maybe repurchase when it dries out!

Day twenty five

Holiday look:

Since I celebrated Christmas yesterday, as the tradition goes in Denmark, I'll show you how I did my hair and make up the day after. Today is the day of cleaning up, admiring the presents we got yesterday and spending time with the family.
It's a bit more relaxed today, but I could have been more settle with make up and hair, because we're not going anywhere. But I just HAD to use some of my new presents!! I used the curling device I got yesterday, as well as the colored brushes, my Lancôme mascaras and some of the stuff from the 23rd. I love my presents and I'm so excited I want to use all of them at once!!

The brown coat I also got the 23rd. It wasn't a present, I just said I wanted it, if my aunt didn't want to keep it. I think it looks awesome with an oversized brown fake leather coat!

This is me with my new best friend, Dot<3 .. Just kidding. But I must admit, the scent of this perfume is absolutely amazing. It's sweet and fresh in a good way, not too much. Just lovely.
I used my new colored brushes for my make up, the foundation, powder and blush brushes.

Below there is a picture of my eye make up. I used my new Wet 'n Wild palette.
It's a bit difficult to see the colors.. But I can't really do that much about it! It looks awesome in real life!

Merry Christmas ladies<3

Second Christmas eve

This time at my dad's house, with my grandparents, aunt and brother. The food was almost the same as the yesterday, except we didn't have stewed cabbage and the stuffing from the duck.

It was a great evening, and they're already headed home. My grandfather is very sick, so he had to go home and rest.

But they got me the best presents and I love every single present I got tonight. I'm so grateful! And I am NOT posting pictures of my presents to brag or act like a douche. I'm just so excited about them and so happy that I want to post it on my blog.

These are the presents I got from my grandparents, my boyfriend and samples from Matas(Danish Sephora), which came with the gift vouchers I also got.
The make up brushes are in a little travel kit from M Cosmetics, and I LOVE how the brushes are colored! There's, from left to right: eyeshadow blending/smudging brush(purple), concealer brush(orange), foundation brush(yellow), blush brush(green) and a powder brush(pink). I LOVE THEM! I already have two brushes from that brand and the quality is great!
To the right there's a box with a Lancôme mascara, the regular Hypnose, and then three little samples of other hypnose mascaras(left to right: Mascara Volume, Drama and Doll Eyes).
The samples to the left are from top left to bottom right: Mavala Colorfix Strong Flexible Glaze For Nail Polish (looong name), handcream from Matas' own ecological line, SebaMed Had And Nail Cream, Olay 3 Point Super Serum and Rimmel London's Wake Me Up foundation in the color 100 Ivory.
The little yellow-ish box with the black square is a kabuki brush from Nilens Jord from the Black Diamonds series. I love it already! Right next to it is a brush cleanser from M Cosmetics.

This is from my boyfriend, one of the gifts. The other one is the box with Lancôme mascaras.
He got me candy I've talked about from when I was a little girl, he also got me four transparent tea cups, and he wrote the loveliest words on one of the cups. I almost cried after reading it.
Then he got me tea, licorice tea. I think he forgot I don't like licorice any more.. But it's neatly wrapped with a little bow on it. I love it<3
This is the gift vouchers and some candy my dad and his girlfriend got me when they were in Lübeck in Germany this Friday. I can't make myself eat that cute marzipan snowman. But I have to, because it gets too old too quickly! And I don't want it to go ti waste.

As you can see, I also got gift vouchers. Those to the left are for Matas, a total of 400 Danish kroners (43 British pounds/70 US dollars). I'm already in chock over the amount..
Next to it are gift vouchers to H&M. My dad got me one with the value of 1000 Danish kroners (109 British pounds/176 US dollars). I dropped my jaw and me eyeballs almost rolled out of my head. The other one is from my grandparents, it's on 500 Danish kroners (54 British pounds/88 US dollars).
Conclusion: I'M SO MUCH GOING SHOPPING IN JANUARY!!!

This is what my aunt got me. A curling device for the hair. It looks funny, but it's supposed to be easy to work with. Gonna try it out between Christmas and new year. It took me an hour to curl my hair for tonight, so if this baby is quicker, I'm very pleased!

I am SO grateful for my presents. My family knows me so well and they've noticed how I enjoy make up and hair stuff, fashion and nail stuff. I love them all so much I can't describe it<3

I hope you all had a lovely and wonderful evening. I did, and I feel very happy right now<3

Day twenty four

Red:

I'm not wearing anything red besides the red glass heart I got yesterday. I'm wearing it tonight because it's the holidays of love and joy. It's the only red thing on me, besides me one red toe nail from the rainbow day. I really really like this necklace.

I look old and worn out. But what can you expect when life is rough on you?
I spend two hours on cleaning up my room, doing my hair and make up and finding the right clothes. I wanted to be finished before the guests arrived. And I succeeded.
I used my Wet 'n Wild palette, the curling iron and the necklace I got yesterday. In real life I think I look a bit healthier. I love my hair when it's curled! And there's nothing like styling yourself for Christmas.

We had coffee and treats already, talking about the simple things in life. It's cozy and warm in my home right now. I love the feeling of Christmas, it's one of the most beautiful things in life.

And omg I hate my dark circles under my eyes and my very puffy eye surroundings. But I only had a few hours sleep and was woken up by a phone call. Didn't have time for more sleep after that.
But let's be honest. Nobody is perfect, everyone has their flaws and imperfections. And I've learned to live with mine. Or... I've recognized and accepted my flaws. There's not really much else to do. It'll take more than six months to make my dark circles disappear, and in the meantime, I've accepted them. Make up can do a lot of things; make you look better and compliment you natural look, make you look radiant and healthy. But it can't make you a different person.

Merry Christmas ladies, I hope you all have a wonderful and unforgettable evening with the people you love.

My first Christmas eve this year

Due to my parent's divorce, I'm celebrating Christmas two times this year. But that's fine by me, as long as I get to spend time with all of them. And the food was delicious and I'm so stuffed it's unbelievable. We have this thing where we make rice pudding and then add whipped cream and chopped almonds, vanilla sugar and then add one whole almond. It's the dessert. The person who gets the whole almond gets a present. And I got the almond! :D I got a pack of Toffifee and a scratchcard. Didn't win anything though...

And then the presents.

I am one of the luckiest girls alive right now, my family knows me so well. I've gotten many great things and I'm so happy and excited.
I got an eyeshadow palette from Wet 'n Wild in Comfort Zone, Marc Jacobs perfume Dot (loooove that scent!), a multi tool curling iron things, a necklace with a big heart made of glass, a charm for my bracelet and a gift voucher on 400 danish kroner (approx. 43 British pounds)!
I'm so happy with these things! And my family also love the things I bought for them, which makes me even more happy<3
And I'm not writing this to be bragging in any way, I just wanted to write about my first Christmas eve.

Tomorrow is going to be Christmas eve at my dad's place with my grandparents and my aunt and brother. I'm really looking forward to it!

Dinner:

We had duck with boiled potatoes, caramelized potatoes, stewed cabbage, red cabbage, sauce, stuffing from the duck and French potato chips. It was SO GOOD!
In the lower left corner is the caramelized potatoes, in the glass bowl is the red cabbage and on the cutting board is the left overs from the duck.
Mmmmh<3
This is the rice pudding with whipped cream, chopped almonds, vanilla sugar and the whole almond! It's so darn good! This is from before we ate it, there was almost nothing left.

Right now I'm so stuffed that it feels like I'm still hungry.. We also have a ton of Christmas candy left over. But that's not going to be a problem to get rid of!

Twenty three

Statement lips:

To me, statement lips are pink lips. Not red, but bright pink! And I've just recently bought a Rimmel London lipstick in a bright pink color AND a Rimmel London Exaggerate lipliner. It makes a beautiful pink lip, and then I top it off with a shiny lipgloss. Not shimmery, just to add shine. And people do really turn heads when I wear lips like that.
BUT since it's my first Christmas eve today, and I'll also be celebrating Christmas tomorrow (with my dad's family), I won't put on a pink lip today. But instead I'm wearing a liptint from Max Factor in shade 04.

This is what the lip tint looks like when it's applied. I have a red tint as well, from GOSH. I think I look neat for tonight. Even though the quality of the camera sucks big time.
I would've taken a nice picture of my eye make up, but it wasn't possible. I tried many times, but the flash fucked it up, and without flash it gets blurry.

This is me all dressed up. Both shirt and pants are from H&M. The necklace is one I bought when I was in Canada in Forever21.
I spend a lot of time curling my hair with my mom's straightening iron. I like it.

Day twenty one

Ombre:

Ombre.... I know what it is, it's not that... I just don't know how to do something beauty related to this which is not dying my hair. And I'm NOT going to dye my hair! Challenges that results in nail polish solutions are getting the easy way out, so no more of that! Maybe an ombre-eyeliner? Or an ombre lip? Not that I'm any good at it, nut I can always practice and improve!!
No... It's going to be ombre nails... Nails again, the easy way out!
But I must admit, it's prettier than I thought. I thought it'd look completely stupid and silly. But I like how it slowly and smoothly goes from pink do dark purple.
I once again used my new O.M.G. London Cosmetics nail polishes. I only applied two coats to get the perfect color and then a coat of glitter. I love glitter, I can't help it!

Oh yes, and as my base coat I used my Essie All-in-one basecoat and my CND topcoat.

Skin care routine

I thought I'd share with how I've improved my skins condition magnificently in the past couple of weeks!

Products:

So here's a picture of the products I use.
From top left to right:
- Pure eye make up remover, an affordable drugstore brand in Denmark, which works fine.
- Garnier Ultra Lift Nightcream.
- Neutrogena Visibly Clear Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub (longest name ever)
- Clerasil Daily Clear Wash and Mask w. vitamin E end antioxidants.
- Clarins Water Comfort One-Step Cleanser

The Routine:

First I take my make up off.... I think you figured that out already.

Then I use my Neutrogena Daily Scrub, I use it every morning and evening. It really really helps to get rid og blackheads, no sh*t, it does!

The Clerasil Wash and Mask I use as a mask 3-4 times a week. It makes my skin soooo soft. I apply it in the evening after I've used my scrub and dapped my face almost dry. Then I let it sit until it's dried and then I wash it off.

You maybe think I'm a bit over the top using an anti wrinkle cream at the age of 18, but I have many many fine lines because I have trouble with sleeping. And I've also been really bad at removing my make up before I've gone to sleep.  So I bought this one and I see a little difference. And I like to be prepared for when aging sets in...

I actually only use my Clarins Cleanser when I'm not at home and don't want to bring my face washes. And then I also use it some mornings, when I get up a little too late and don't have time to wash my face. It's really good!

BUT!! Since I have VERY sensitive skin, I get little red spots on my cheeks and up my temples on to my forehead. But I haven't had the money to go buy a whole set of skincare items for sensitive skin. It's so expensive in my opinion.... Which makes me sad, because it would make me so happy if I didn't have to wear foundation every day to make me feel confident.
And yes I could just stop wearing make up and stop cleaning my skin like I do now and just rinse it with cold water. But I love to play with make up, and I love to wear blushes and practice contouring. And that requires I cleanse my skin! Besides that I'm a lucky owner of large pores and oily skin... So I  will, some day, own a set of skincare items, which fit's me perfectly!

Day Twenty

Beauty Guru Look:

I was a bit lost on this one, since I only use the youtube tutorials as inspiration. But then I remembered a video from itsjudytime. A fall eye look for all eye colors, and I really liked it, so i tried it out. And I got tons of compliments. But I used my e.l.f. 100 piece palette, and it's as my mom's place, so today I'll be using my MUA Undressed Palette and the Immaculate Palette.

Link to the tutorial.

And just so you remember, I only use videos for inspiration!!
Then you can just watch it and below I'll post my own results! :-)
Just a note: I only did my eyes, and I'm also still wearing my skin make up from this morning! No lip products today, sorry ladies.

Mascara combination!

As the title says...
I was a bit bored last night, so I decided to play around with my mascaras. And I wanted to find a good buddy for my new Mirenessé Mascara. I already cleansed my entire face and was ready to go to bed, but then I got this idea instead.
<-- This is my eye without anything. All make up is completely gone!!

And this is my eye with one layer of Mirenessé Mascara. As the sample did, this one separates and lengthens my lashes. It's a really nice mascara and after combing it through with more mascara it looked even better. It takes 3 minutes for it to dry, so you won't get clumpy looking lashes unless you apply more and more mascara for more than 3 minutes in a row.

This is my eye with the result of playing around with four different mascaras. I really really like it and I think I'll wear it tomorrow. The only downside is, that it's FOUR mascaras and not two. I still love my GOSH-combo more (for now), because this takes four mascaras to achieve.

Of course it's easier to see all the tiny flaws on a close-up like this, but I thought I'd show you anyway. You can totally see my fine lines under my eye and how red my eyeballs are (result of not enough sleep).....

And if the kind of clumpy lash to the left wasn't clumped, this would be absolutely perfect!
You can see it on this picture too. If those three lashes din't clump together, THIS WOULD BE PERFECT and absolutely amazing. It's soooo voluminous and long and separated. Love love love loooove.
From left to right:
1) Mirenessé Mascara Secret Weapon
2) Nilens Jord Jumbo Mascara
3) Max Factor False Lash Fusion
4) Christian Dior; Diorshow Iconic

And it's also in this order I used the mascaras to get this lash look. I only used the purple mascara to comb everything through, because it's almost completely dried out and the brush works amazingly as a lash comb!
And as the last mascara I gently applied two thin coats of the Dior one. Love it<3

Day nineteen

Rainbow inspired:

I made RAINBOW TOES FOR YOU TODAY!! :D
Today's challenge is, as you can read, rainbow inspired. And I didn't want to make a rainbow make up look, because I wouldn't know what I'd be doing, and I don't want to look like a complete fool. So I thought of more nail polish! Kind of my easy escape, but I wanted to make it a bit different, so I painted my toenails instead of my fingernails. I knooow some nails are pearly and some are regular. But I don't own every single color in either pearl finish or regular finish... YET! It will be my mission!

The Polishes:

A nice mix of GOSH, O.M.G. London Cosmetics, Depend and Essie. I like the rainbow theme thing, but I don't really think I'd be doing it on my toes again. Too mane different colors! I think rainbow inspired anything should be rainbow pants or a maxi dress with a vertical stripes in rainbow colors!! I'd love to own a dress like that... If any one of you knows where to get one, please let me know!! :-)

Day eighteen

GLOSS!!

For today, I'm going to show you my teenie tiny gloss collection. I have a total of 6 lip glosses. No sh*t, that's all I have of glosses.
No wait, I have one at my mom's place, a Rimmel London Stay Glossy. I have some pictures of some swatches here.
But these are the ones I have at my dad's place at the moment.
These are my glosses! I found my Clarins "Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector" here the other day. It had disappeared for a few months, but now I finally found it! Below are swatches in the same pattern on my arm, as they lay on this picture. And if you've read an earlier post of my Estee Lauder lip gloss review, you can tell, that I've found one more! I found it in the same pocket my Clarins lip gloss was laying in. It's the gloss out to the right in the middle row I found. The print is totally gone, but it's SO gorgeous!

As you can see the middle two ones are transparent, but the one to the left in the middle, has larger glittery chunks in it and is more pink, and the one next to it, to the right, has smaller glitter pieces in it and is more nude-colored.
GOSH lip gloss on the top row, pretty shine gloss, nothing special.
More pigmented than I at first thought it would be, but I only use lip glosses when I'm not around my boyfriend, because then I'm not kissing all the lip gloss on to his lips all the time.
